This interactive lecture followed by Q & A for the therapist will take place at the Catholic Charities Ozone Park Senior Citizen Center tomorrow, Thursday December 19th starting at 10:30am. As we all know it becomes more difficult to keep our balance as we age, leaving seniors at a greater risk for falling. Dr. Jeff will discuss why we may have trouble balancing, and what physical therapy we can do to increase ourability to stand and walk upright.
